Payment & Shipping

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Bank Deposits and Money Order/Cheques from Australian residents.
International customers will be required to pay by Paypal after shipping has been calculated and added to the invoice.
Cleared payment must be received before goods are dispatched.
Laybys are welcome. We do have a 30 Day Term Policy, unless arranged.

SHIPPING
Carriers we use – Australia Post
**Orders Over 20kg will be shipped by Trasdirect, Couriers Please, Fatsway.
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, delivery in Australia normally takes 2-5 days.

International delivery normally takes 10-30 days depending on location.
Will be sent Registered International or Express International depending on weight of order.
All International orders are subject to shipping quotation.

RETURNS
Great care is taken with packing our models to ensure they arrive safely but on rare occasions a part may become detached during transit,
normally these can be easily repaired. Contact us immediately if you have a problem with a model and we will advise the most appropriate course of action.
On accepted returns we will replace any defective model if possible or else refund the payment by the method used to pay for the order.
All returns MUST be in original packaging.
We cannot accept returns because you change your mind nor for items purchased in error.
